We create concepts for strategic revenue protection, on the basis of which we realize outstanding claims against the cost units in a cost-efficient manner and prevent liquidity outflows. In addition to the realization of old claims, one focus of our activities is currently on the support and implementation of discussion procedures in accordance with the new review procedure agreement. The workflow we have agreed with our clients prevents loss of revenue at an early stage and protects hospitals from the wave of passive claims that is currently building up. We pursue a process-optimized approach in order to minimize administrative expenses for our clients as well. We continuously use the knowledge gained from all stages of revenue assurance to make the entire billing process legally compliant, from primary coding to the MD procedure and legal enforcement.

Our team supports the establishment of compliant processes, wide-ranging compliance investigations and - in the event of intentional or negligent breaches of duty - the investigation and enforcement of any compensation claims. Our approach incorporates technical solutions from other Eagle services, such as eDiscovery (technology-based fact-finding), so that cost efficiency and the fastest possible results are always guaranteed.

Our interdisciplinary team provides short-term support for all questions relating to day-to-day hospital operations and, thanks to our extensive expertise in the overarching “legal tech” field, also offers the opportunity to fully or partially externalize legal department services and operational processes. This is particularly the case when the capacity limits of our clients are reached and cannot be adequately adapted, for example due to a shortage of specialist staff.
